Refund policy
Each Par Avion Adventures letter, once posted and delivered, is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exceptions
Notwithstanding the above, subscribers are advised to contact Par Avion Adventures at hello@paravionadventures.com if a letter fails to arrive within a month of its expected delivery (depending on the destination, letters should arrive at the end of every month). Should a letter not arrive, a new, identical one will be sent to the subscriber.
While sent and delivered letters cannot be refunded, we are happy to refund the remaining subscription for a pro-rated amount if a cancellation to the subscription is requested. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days pass after a cancellation request and the pro-rated amount has not yet reached you, please reach out to hello@paravionadventures.com.
Damages and issues
Par Avion Adventures is committed to sending only letters in pristine condition and is therefore not responsible for any defect or damage to either envelope or enclosed contents caused by the postal service, weather, or any outside factors after the time the letters leave our hands.
