Shipping policy

Once a subscription is confirmed, 12 letters are sent to the subscriber's preferred address at the rate of one per month for one year. Letters are posted on or around the 15th of every month and should arrive at their destination by approximately the 30th or 31st of that month, depending on location. All letters are mailed as standard letters using Canada Post and as a result no tracking is provided. If a monthly letter does not arrive within a month of sending (if September's letter hasn't arrived by October 15, for example) then the recipient should reach out to hello@paravionadventures.com and a new letter will be posted.
